Here are seven custom accessories to transform your basic 10x10 canopy tent (Or any size, really) into a show-stopping centerpiece.
Triangle Accent Panel
When you want the branding real estate of a tent wall, but don’t want to block off traffic to your tent, a full-length triangle accept panel is a great solution.
Pop-up tents tend to be very symmetrical, so the angle of the triangle banner definitely makes those passing by take a second look.
The panel is the perfect opportunity for additional product marketing, but could also be used as a menu for food vendors. As a bonus, it provides some extra shade under the tent when the sun is hitting at the right angle.
The easy-to-install panel wraps around a single leg of your pop-up tent and attaches to the valane using heavy-duty Velcro.
Half Triangle Accent Panel
It’s half the size, but twice as nice: We took our full-length triangle accent and fabricated it to wrap around about half the length of your pop-up tent leg.
To really make this accent panel work, we really like the way two of them pair up on a tent. You can position it on the same side, or add the second (or even third!) to the right or left side. For beverage reps offering drink samples at events, this allows for multiple serving areas — especially when you pair it with tent counters.
Rectangle Accent Panel
The rectangle accept panel is a great way to display a lot of information, including text, photos, and a QR code.
On a 10x10 pop-up tent, it takes up about one-third of the opening between legs (a little more than 3 feet), allowing plenty of room for face-to-face interactions.
Tent Counters
If you’re in the drink and beverage industry and offer samples at events, tent counters are a no-brainer. We’ve previously written about this and showcased some fantastic drink sampling ideas.
But counters aren’t limited to food and beverage vendors. They’re also great for event registration, contest sign-ups, and, surprisingly, lottery activations.
We’ve assisted several state lotteries with event setups incorporating counters — perhaps to provide a surface for scratching off winning tickets?

Ok Ok Ok… This technically doesn’t attach to a canopy tent, but we think MONARCHFLAG is a REALLY cool add-on for your setup.

Wing Banners
When you don’t want to sacrifice space in front of your canopy, a custom-printed wing banner is an easy add-on that attaches to the outside of your tent leg.
We’ve had brands use wing banners to display nutrition facts about their products and as a place to learn more information about a company by scanning a QR code.
Valance Graphic
A valance graphic is a rigid piece of signage and some hardware that easily clips into your pop-up tent and makes the front of your tent really pop.
At a recent trade show, we included a “Made in USA” graphic on our MONARCHTENT. It gives the valance an extra layer of depth that definitely stands out.
