We asked that team to share their favorite projects from the past year in hopes of you finding a little bit of inspiration for your next event.
Forrest’s Favorite Projects
Our team lead Forrest Hanson, now in his seventh year at TentCraft, tackeld some unique structures this year — from activations for trade shows to more traditional tents that setup at community events.
Tasty Waves Cannabis Dome
Cannabis brands love to stand out with bright colors and unique layouts. Tasty Waves took it to a whole new level with this psychedelic event dome.

Big brands often use truss to create unique footprints that can stand up to tough weather. That was the case for this branded structure for Metro by T-Mobile.

An agency representing GNC wanted to refresh its trade show presence with an activation that's easily transportable. A combination of a traditional event back drop and an arched media, along with a branded mightyTABLE.
Agua Alkaline Hydration Inflatable Tent
A custom inflatable tent is a great option for events where portability is a top priority, but they can also help you stand out at trade shows. This 10x10 GYBE tent for Agua Alkaline Hydration is the perfect example. Forrest included branded inflatable furniture for a complete look.

Goodles Noodles Sampling Setup
A pair of 10x10 MONARCHREACH tents with custom backwalls and counters for sampling at events.
Groove Beverage Frame Tent
Beverage startup Groove was featured on this groovy-looking 20x20 E-Series frame tent. The project stands out thanks to the artistic backdrop of the canopy, but it's the custom-printed walls wrapped around the frame that really set it apart.
Sarah’s Favorite Projects
Heading into her third year at TentCraft, Sarah Bump created some unique activations in 2023 that stood out at events.
Custom Rigid Cutouts for Soccer.com Event
TentCraft has created a number of activations for Soccer.com over the years, but this particular event allowed us to create custom player cutouts out of rigid UltraBoard.
Custom 10x15 MONARCHTENT For a Fire Department
TentCraft works with a number of fire departments who invest in our solutions for community engagement. The Colorado Springs Fire Department trusted Sarah to create a beautifully designed 10x15 tent with custom-printed sidewalls and a backwall.
Custom MONARCHHEX Vendor Tent
The MONARCHHEX is by far our most unique pop-up tent — and one of the biggest! The fine folks at Remangus Beef invested in the 13x15 pop-up and included a custom-printed backwall for additional branding.
Sam’s Favorite Projects
Now in her second year, Sam Widner created some incredible tents — especially her design for yogurt giant Chobani.
Trade Show Activation for Michigan DNR
This concept features an arched media wall, retractable banner, and custom mightyTABLE. This is an indoor setup best designed as a custom trade show booth.
Custom Tent Options for Chobani
Our art team often presents a couple of color and design options for brands who, sometimes, aren't sure which direction they should with their tent. Sam's 10x10 MONARCHGABLE milk carton designs are excellent examples of that.
10x20 MONARCHTENT for Harley Davidson
Harley Davidson's slogan is "Live to Ride, Ride to Live," and the brand certainly followed its "all-in" mantra with this custom 10x20 MONARCHTENT. The custom printed back and side walls — which was designed to look like a garage — turned this tent from something basic to something great.
Laverne’s Favorite Projects
Laverne Dreves also joined TentCraft in 2023 and immediatley put his creative prowess to work.
Mini Donut Vendor Stand
Laverne transformed a more standard 10x10 canopy tent used for selling delicious doughnuts into an engaging — and easy-to-spot — activation thanks to the inclusion of a donut-shaped tent topper (lollipop sign). Now, it's VERY easy to spot Sweet Minis at events in Upstate New York.
CrossFit Artist's Choice
It's not uncommon for brands and organizations to trust the TentCraft art team to come up with an original design — especially if that company doesn't have any graphic design employees. This was the case for this 10x10 pop-up canopy for a Crossfit gym in Texas.
