Experiential marketers and sales teams play a critical role in bringing brands to life through real, face-to-face interactions, a rarity in today’s digital world.
As in-person events grow in importance, many brands are struggling with rising event costs and higher attendee expectations. The expense of owning, storing, and shipping equipment, combined with a rental market dominated by generic stock options, has created demand for a new kind of rental model.
This hybrid rental approach lets brands rent hardware while purchasing custom graphics, canopies, and signage — delivering both flexibility and cost efficiency for short-term or single-use activations.
While trade show exhibit companies have long offered similar rental programs for indoor events, there are still very few customizable outdoor event rental options.
Below, you’ll find leading companies offering rental programs that include custom branding and products for both indoor and outdoor activations.
