How TentCraft's Rental Program Works

Process:

  • Fill out the quote request  form on this page or call  (800) 950-4533 so  one of our experienced representatives can start the conversation around your event goals and needs

  • Decide the best rental tent or truss setup, add in any items that need to be purchased (custom branded graphics, additional accessories, etc.), and start the design process

  • Preview and finalize design for custom soft goods (walls, canopies, panels, accessories), approve quote and make final payment to place your order

  • Our client services team will coordinate  shipping and logistics needs including sending your rentals to you and how to setup return shipments

 

Important Details:

  • For custom branded activations, your team is renting the hardware  and purchasing the custom soft goods

  • The standard rental timeframe is a 30-day duration, ask our team if you'll need a longer rental time and we can provide a custom quote

  • Your rental  will ship in wooden crates and require a forklift or loading dock   for delivery

  • Why should I trust TentCraft for event rental services?

  • What types of tents or structures does TentCraft offer for rent?
  • Our rental inventory includes Custom Truss Structures, 10x10, 15x15, and 20x20 E Series Frame Tents, as well as 20x20 Event Domes.

  • Are custom-branded tents available for rental?
  • You are renting the hardware and purchasing your own custom branded softgoods (canopy, walls, signage, etc.) for all rentals.

  • Can I rent accessories too (e.g., walls, lighting, flooring, ballast)?
  • Ballasting is required for all rentals and will be included in your rental quote. Additional items like pop-up tents, accessories, or additional signage are available for purchase with your rental equipment. 

  • Is TentCraft’s rental inventory available nationwide?
  • Yes, TentCraft’s rental inventory is able to be shipped nationwide.

  • How much does it cost to rent from TentCraft?
  • Our rental program offers a substantial discount compared to our retail pricing (on rentable hardware only), and is dependent on the size and quantity of the structure you rent.

  • Do you offer flat-rate pricing or is it based on event duration?
  • Our Rental products are priced based on the type, size, and quantity of the rental. Our standard rentals are for a 30-day duration (from ship date to return date), while longer rental durations may be available with a custom quote.

  • Are there extra fees for setup, teardown, or delivery?
  • Yes, there are separate charges for setup, teardown and delivery. Inbound and Outbound delivery costs will be included in your rental invoicing. And we do offer event Install and Dismantle as a separate service.

  • How far in advance do I need to book a rental?
  • We require a two week minimum lead time on all rental projects. We may be able to support shorter notices, but rentals with a shorter notice will require additional rush fees.  

  • What happens if the rental hardware gets damaged during my event?
  • The customer will be liable for damages and billed accordingly. Upon return of the rented hardware, TentCraft will inspect for damage.  Any damage to rented items will be documented and explained to customer within 14 days of receipt.  The cost of repairing or replacing damaged property will be charged to the customer.

  • Do you offer rentals for both indoor and outdoor events?
  • Yes, we offer rentals for both indoor and outdoor events.
