Preview and finalize design for custom soft goods (walls, canopies, panels, accessories), approve quote and make final payment to place your order

For custom branded activations, your team is renting the hardware and purchasing the custom soft goods
All outdoor truss rentals with a roof are required to have a truss drain system (will be provided for you)
The standard rental timeframe is a 30-day duration, ask our team if you'll need a longer rental time and we can provide a custom quote
Your rental will ship in wooden crates or on pallets and require a forklift or loading dock for delivery

Why should I trust TentCraft for a Truss Structure rental?
We’ve offered Truss Structures for purchase for many years, so offering Truss Structures as a rental option is an obvious next step that allows custom-printed elements where you are renting the hardware and purchasing the branded graphics. We help bring your vision to life with the same care and attention we give our fully built-from-scratch projects.

What types of Truss Structures does TentCraft offer for rent?
The advantage of selecting to rent a Truss Structure is that it can be fully customizable for most footprint shapes and sizes.

Can I custom-brand the Truss Structure for a rental?
Yes, you are renting the hardware and purchasing your own custom branded softgoods (canopy, walls, signage, etc.) for all rentals.

Can I rent accessories too (e.g., walls, lighting, flooring, ballast)?
Ballasting is required for all rentals and will be included in your rental quote. Additional items like pop-up tents, accessories, or additional signage are available for purchase with your rental equipment.

Is TentCraft’s rental inventory available nationwide?
Yes, TentCraft’s rental inventory is able to be shipped nationwide.

How far in advance do I need to book a rental?
We require at least a two week minimum lead time on all rental projects. We may be able to support shorter notices, but rentals with a shorter notice will require additional rush fees.

How much does it cost to rent a Truss Structure from TentCraft?
Our rental program offers a substantial discount compared to our retail purchase pricing (on rentable hardware only), and is dependent on the size and quantity of the truss structure you rent.

Do you offer flat-rate pricing or is it based on event duration?
All Rental products are priced based on the type, size, and quantity of the rental. Our standard rentals are for a 30-day duration (from ship date to return date), while longer rental durations may be available with a custom quote.

Are there extra fees for setup, teardown, or delivery?
Yes, there are separate charges for setup, teardown and delivery. Inbound and Outbound delivery costs will be included in your rental invoicing. And we do offer event Install and Dismantle as a separate service if interested.

How will my truss structure ship?
Our Truss ships freight and comes in large wooden crates that require a forklift or loading dock for delivery.

What happens if the rental hardware gets damaged during my event?
The customer will be liable for damages and billed accordingly. Upon return of the rented hardware, TentCraft will inspect for damage. Any damage to rented items will be documented and explained to customer within 14 days of receipt. The cost of repairing or replacing damaged property will be charged to the customer.

How many people does it take to set up a 10'x10' truss structure?
A 10'x10' truss structure can be set up with 2-3 people and larger structures will require additional help when setting up.

Do I need additional tools to set up our new truss system?
If the truss requires structural stamps then it will NOT include Quick Clips, and require a 17mm wrench/socket or crescent wrench for setup and teardown.

Ladders are helpful for installing legs. (or forklift/scissor lift if available)

A rubber mallet is helpful for tight fits but should not be needed.

Screwdriver/electric drill for drain system connect.

If required, do these come with an engineering stamp?
Available upon request at an additional charge.

Yes, we offer rentals for both indoor and outdoor events.

What is TentCraft’s truss structures made of?
Aluminum, 12" tube box truss pieces with a 2" outside diameter.

Walls, leg wraps, and roofs can come in a multitude of soft good types, printed single or double-sided depending on your needs.
