  • How much does a 10'x10' truss structure cost?

  • A 10’x10’ truss structure starts at $6,219 for the hardware and goes up based on size, configuration, and custom printing needs.

  • How many people does it take to set up a 10'x10' truss structure?

  • A 10'x10' truss structure can be set up with 2-3 people and larger structures will require additional help when setting up.

  • How will my truss structure ship?

  • Our Truss ships freight.

  • Does TentCraft offer crates for easier storage/transport?

  • Yes,  we offer multiple crate options including our hardshell road cases.

  • If required, do these come with an engineering stamp?

  • Available upon request at an additional charge.

  • How long on average does it take to set up a 10’x10’ truss structure?

  • Typically a standard 10'x10' truss structure should take approx 1-2hrs. Some of this is based upon the intricacies of the softgood application.

  • Do I need additional tools to set up our new truss system?

  • If the truss does NOT include Quick Clips, a 17mm wrench/socket will be required. Or Crescent wrench. 

    • Ladders are helpful for installing legs. (or forklift/scissor lift if available)
    • Rubber mallet is helpful for tight fits. This is should not really needed with brand new truss.
    • Screwdriver/electric drill for drain system connect
  • What’s the expected turnaround time to order a truss structure?

  • There is a standard two to three weeks turnaround time on projects requiring truss hardware.

  • What is TentCraft’s truss made of?
  • Hardware: Aluminum
    • Roof: stock, white ink or latex on 18oz vinyl, frame tent rings in corners 
    • Walls: stock poly, single-sided can be made of polyester or knit materials or double sided on nirvana bob, attaches to frame with bungee balls
    • Leg Wrap: Dye sub printing on stretch material
  • What is the warranty on truss?

  • 1-year

  • Are truss structures meant for indoor or outdoor use?

  • Our truss structures are intended for both indoor and outdoor use. Outdoor use will require additional ballasting. Talk to your sales representative about these options.
