Atlanta Braves "Pose At The Plate" Fan Experience
The Atlanta Braves love connecting with their fans, both inside and outside the stadium. To engage fans throughout Braves Country, they launched the Braves Country Road Trip, an 11-stop tour featuring a “Pose at the Plate" experience where fans step into a replica of Truist Park and pose for a customizable baseball card.
The Request
The Braves needed a heavy-duty, custom printed structure to host their photo experience.
It had to be tough enough to last the whole tour, extra tall to accommodate their photo backdrop, easy to set up, and of course it had to exactly match the Atlanta Braves navy blue, red, gold, and white.
The Plan
Braves Country Road Trip tour stops included the International Cherry Blossom Festival, Georgia Food + Wine Festival, Vidalia Onion Festival, and many others.
To keep up with this busy schedule the Braves team chose a 10x20 MONARCHTENT as their home base. The heavy-duty tent was tough enough to travel to event after event but still features the quick deploy setup that makes our pop-up tent models so popular.
We added three custom printed walls to create the optimum photography conditions regardless of weather and footplates to keep the tent secure wherever the tour took them.
The Results
The resulting tent was a perfect fit for the tour, attracting fans wherever it popped up.
One side of the tent hosted the curved photo backdrop, complete with home plate while the other protected the Braves outreach team and the printers they used to create custom printed baseball cards.
Fans received a print out of their card on-site as well as a digital version to share with family and friends.
The "Pose At The Plate" fan experience was a hit, so much so that the Braves have already announced their 2024 tour stops!
