Complimentary Event Graphic Design Services
Take Graphic Production Off Your Team’s Plate
Our in-house graphic design team adapts and prepares your artwork for custom tents, walls, arches, banners, signage, truss wraps, and other branded event assets. Owning the important design details like image quality, product dimensions, seams, graphic placement, alignment, and print requirements means reducing costly mistakes before your project is put into production.
With design and manufacturing working together under one roof, you get a faster path to production, fewer handoffs and surprises, and less for your team to manage.
*Important Note: Our design services are included with every project, you do not have to make a special request to work with our design team.

- Can you work with our existing agency or design team?
-
Yes. We can work from finished agency artwork, follow established brand guidelines, and adapt approved creative across the products in your event setup.
- What if we only have a logo and a general idea?
-
That is enough to start. Share your logo, colors, messaging, references, and goals, and our team can help develop the creative direction.
- What is Artist’s Choice?
-
Artist’s Choice gives our design team the freedom to develop the visual concept for your selected products based on the assets, information, and direction you provide.
- Can you help with logo design?
-
We can sometimes provide limited support for simple logo creation or adjustments. More involved brand identity or logo development may fall outside the scope of the project.
- Will we see the design before production?
-
Yes. You will receive a digital mockup or sketch to review and approve before the artwork moves into production.
- Can one design be used across multiple products?
-
Yes. We can coordinate and adapt the visual direction across multiple event products while accounting for the dimensions, seams, shapes, and production requirements of each one.
- Can you use low-resolution or AI-generated images?
-
While low-resolution images & AI-generated images can give us good directional information on your design preferences, they're often not high enough quality to be used for printing.
We will review the artwork and explain whether it can be used, simplified, recreated, or needs to be replaced.
- Do you provide event layouts or architectural design?
-
Our services focus on graphic design for the event products we manufacture and supply. We do not provide architectural design, event layout planning, or full brand identity development.
