Simple  Setup Instructions For The MONARCH Umbrella

Step 1. Locate the push button under the canopy, then extend the bottom section of the main umbrella pole until it clicks into place

Step 2. Insert umbrella pole into base hardware and tighten clamps against the larger flat side of the pole

Step 3. Raise the canopy arms until they click into place

Step 4. Use the main pole’s push button to extend the umbrella up until it clicks into its final position

Step 5. Enjoy your new custom-printed MONARCH Umbrella!

Easy  Setup Instructions For Our Traditional Round Canopy Umbrella

Step 1. Insert umbrella pole into base hardware and tighten clamps

Step 2. Insert the top of the umbrella frame - sliding the push button into place

Step 3. If canopy isn't installed, align hole in the center of your canopy over the top of the umbrella frame, screwing on the peak screw

Step 4: Insert frame spokes into elastic holders along the outer rim of the canopy

Step 5: Use the crank to raise and lower your new custom-printed umbrella!

  • What is the average turnaround time for a printed umbrella?

  • We typically ship umbrella orders out within 3-4 business days. Depending on our backlog, we can accommodate rush orders.

  • Will I receive an art proof?

  • Yes.

    Before your custom umbrella order moves to production, you’ll receive a final art proof. Once you’ve provided approval, your order will move to production.

  • What materials are the custom umbrellas made with?

  • Umbrella Materials:

    Both umbrella types come with our fire-rated, all-weather 600 denier polyester canopy.

    Hardware Material: 

    Both frames are all-aluminum frames and components.

    The MONARCH Umbrella comes with a 2-Inch Octagonal, 12-guage/2mm thick aluminum center pole.

  • Is there a warranty on your event umbrellas?

  • Yes.

    Our traditional round event umbrella comes with a 1-year frame warranty and 1-year canopy warranty.

    The MONARCH Umbrella (Square Canopy) comes with a lifetime frame warranty and 1-year canopy warranty.
