How Our Free Art Services Work

Here's how we turn your big ideas into picture-perfect designs:

1. Request a Quote. On the quote request form, give us a general idea about your project and upload any logos or artwork.

2. Connect with a Sales Rep. One of our friendly sales representatives will reach out to discuss your project and give you an approximate price.

3. Choose a Design Approach. If you see TentCraft as a good fit after receiving your quote, it's time to start designing. You can...

  • Design it yourself. We have templates to work off for every structure we manufacture.
  • Artist's Choice: Our in-house art team, creates a custom mockup based on general direction from you. The more details the better!

4. Receive Your Free Mockup. Our team generally delivers a free mockup showing multiple angles of your project in under 24 hours. After reviewing the sketch, you can suggest changes or approve it for production.

5. Approve for Production. Once approved, your design is sent to production exactly as you envisioned.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Are your mockups really free?

  • Absolutely. Our in-house design team creates custom mockups and 3D renderings for your event assets at zero cost.

  • How many revisions do I get?

  • We typically run into revisions when working on an artists' choice project. On average, those projects see at least one revision.

    We don't place a hard number on revisions, but it's not helping anyone when there are 5+ changes on a project.

    Our best advice is to come prepared with as much direction as possible. Send us logos, past marketing collateral, and inspiration you discovered (screenshots are OK!) during the buying process. It's VERY helpful in quickly coming up with an approved design.

  • Can I design my own tent or display?

  • You certainly can! We have design templates to create your own artwork, and then our artists will double- and triple-check your work to make sure everything from print to fabrication is perfectly produced.

  • Are 3D renderings print ready?

  • They can be! Sometimes we provide a 3D rendering to inspire your project as we're working it out. Other times, clients want to see an interactive rendering that's as close to 100% of what the final project looks like in real life. Those print-perfect renderings may require a bit more time to produce.
