The X-Series frame tent system is a long-term custom-printed event solution that can be set up in 20 minutes or less with zero tools, no matter if you go with a 15x15 canopy or a 20x40.
Snap Button Design: This design features snap connectors built right into the pole lengths, allowing you to connect them to the brackets without the use of any special tools.
Color-Coded Brackets: Every piece of hardware is marked with color codes to ensure proper assembly and avoid confusion.
Ratchet Straps: Our ratchet straps all feature a vinyl covering to hide the ratchet itself. This creates a cleaner finished product.
Canopy Tension: Our canopies are fashioned with a heavy-duty webbing tensioning system rather than a standard pull rope to prevent tearing.

X-Series Frame Tent Wind Ratings
All X-Series event tent models include a structural analysis report which includes wind ratings based on various scenarios (with walls, without walls, urban setting vs open terrain). For wind speed ratings to apply, proper ballasting must be used at each leg.
X-Series tents are rated between 80 MPH and 100 MPH, depending on size. Smaller dimensions, like the 10x10 canopy tent have the highest ratings. Wind rating decreases with the size of the tent or if you add side walls and back walls.

- Is there a warranty?

Yes. All X-Series models include a 1-year frame warranty and 1-year canopy warranty to protect against manufacturing defects and workmanship. Even If something unexpected happens outside the scope of the warranty, we will do everything we can to help you out.

All X-Series tent models include the aluminum framework, 18 oz vinyl canopy, 36" stakes, and ratchet straps for proper ballasting.
- What is the turnaround time?

On average, orders ship within 2 weeks. Shipping time is 1-4 business days depending on your location and shipping method.
- How many people does it take to set up?

At least 2 people are required to setup the 10x10 or 15x15. For the 20x20, we recommend at least 4 people or the use of a tent lifting jack to hold up each side when attaching the legs.
- Is it customizable?

Yes. Frame tents can be customized with side walls, digital printing, lighting, and more.
- How do the side walls attach?

Frame tent walls and the canopy valance are fabricated with Velcro for easy installation.
